Job Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities.
- Create detailed digital marketing plans, including budget allocation and performance metrics.
- Oversee the company website, ensuring it is optimized for search engines (SEO) and user experience.
- Coordinate website updates, including property listings, blog content, and other relevant information.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote property listings, engage with the audience, and build brand awareness.
- Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels, including blog posts, articles, infographics, and videos.
- Develop a content calendar and ensure timely delivery of high-quality content. Plan and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote property listings.
- Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, adjusting strategies for optimal results. Manage SEM and PPC campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, optimize ad copy, and analyze campaign performance. Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.
- Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with real estate agents, sales teams, and other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
